On Thursday, March 22nd our Preston High School Technology Department hosted the Waterloo Region District School Board’s Regional Welding Competition.  PHS was represented by Brett Martin, Jacob Nickless, and Cam Hancock who all had outstanding performances in the competition.  PHS took home both the Gold and Silver medals, with Brett Martin finishing in first place, followed by Jacob Nickless who finished second.  Brett Martin will now move on to compete at the Provincial Skills Competition Qualifiers held Saturday, April 6th at Fanshawe College in London.

PHS is Panther Proud of all the participants, and we wish Brett the best of luck at the Provincial Qualifiers this weekend!
