Important Ticket Information
Tickets will be on sale via School-Day starting Monday, April 23rd to Thursday, May 3rd ONLY! Tickets can be picked up at lunch in Rm 124 from Thursday April 26 to Thursday May 3rd.
To receive your tickets ensure that you have the following requirements to purchase tickets.
- completed Student/Parent Agreement letter (below)
- Proof of Purchase (your School-Day receipt)
- 2017-2018 student card
Student/Parent Agreement letter Remember this letter must be completed & signed and submitted when picking up your Prom ticket(s).
Bringing a guest …
To receive your tickets if you are bringing a non PHS guest ensure that you have the following requirements to purchase tickets.
- PHS student & guest both must own a 2017-2018 student card
- submit the completed Student/Parent Agreement (above)
- an approved 2018 PHS Prom Guest Contract (below)
- proof of purchase(your School-Day receipt)
This contract must be completed if you are bringing a non PHS guest. Your guest must own a 2017-2018 student card. Your guest’s school must complete Section A and you must seek approval from your PHS vice-principal before purchasing tickets.
