6:00-10:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm.
Dinner and Dance. Attending dinner is mandatory.
$75.00 per person (non refundable)
Remember you must have purchased your 2018-2019 student card to attend this event.
Important Ticket Information
Tickets will be on sale via School-Day starting Wednesday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 15th ONLY! Tickets can be picked up at lunch in Rm 124 from Wednesday, May 8th to Wednesday May 15th.
To receive your tickets ensure that you have the following requirements to purchase tickets.
- Completed Student/Parent Agreement letter (below)
- Completed Guest Contract if bringing a guest
- Proof of Purchase (your School-Day receipt)
- 2018-2019 student card

Remember this letter must be completed & signed and submitted when picking up your Prom ticket(s).
Bringing a guest …
To receive your tickets if you are bringing a non PHS guest ensure that you have the following requirements to purchase tickets.
- PHS student & guest both must own a 2018-2019 student card
- Submit the completed Student/Parent Agreement (above)
- An approved 2019 PHS Prom Guest Contract (below)
- Proof of purchase(your School-Day receipt)
- 2019 PHS Prom Guest Contract

This contract must be completed if you are bringing a non PHS guest. Your guest must own a 2018-2019 student card. Your guest’s school must complete Section A and you must seek approval from your PHS vice-principal before purchasing tickets.
