As we near the April school break, our focus turns to supporting student wellbeing while they are away from their educators and classmates. With this in mind, in partnership with the Waterloo Region Suicide Prevention Council, Front Door Children’s Mental Health Services, Lutherwood, and the Waterloo Catholic District School Board, we are proud to announce the April Break Wellbeing Passport.

This resource takes families on an adventure within their own home to learn about and practice different mental wellbeing and mental health activities. The last two pages of the booklet contains tracking sheets, which can be filled out digitally, or by printing it out. Alternative printable tracking sheets with larger spacing for those with larger printing are also available.

As you and your family complete your passport stops, share your adventure on social media! Tag @WRDSB (or @wr_dsb on Instagram), @WRSPC and #WellbeingPassport in your posts showing your booklet entries, your passport stamps, or pictures or descriptions of your wellbeing activities.
