Dear Preston Community,
We are delighted and proud to announce that, River Yu (a Grade 10 student), recently competed in a math contest at the University of Waterloo. Out of the thousands who wrote the contest, River was in the Top 6 across all writers (and students all across Canada who write this contest!).
On Monday, March 7th, Brandon Dear and I invited River’s mom into the school to be here for us to present this award to River. It is an incredible accomplishment and we are very proud!!
