Senior Prom – Thursday, May 26th

When: Thursday, May 26th, 2022

Where: The Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum (10 Huron Road, Kitchener)

Time: 6:00-10:00 pm. Doors open at 5:30 pm. 

 

Dinner and Dance. You MUST attend dinner in order to attend prom. You may be denied entry after 6:15 pm.

$75.00 per person (non refundable)

Important Ticket Information

Tickets will be on sale via School-Day starting Monday, May 2nd to Friday, May 6th ONLY!  No Tickets will be sold after May 6th. Tickets can be picked up at lunch in Rm 232 on Thursday, May 12th (A-K), Friday, May 13th (L-Z), Monday, May 16th (anyone who missed previous days)

To receive your tickets, ensure that you have the following requirements:

  • Completed Student/Guardian Agreement letter (below)
  • Completed Student/Guardian Agreement letter for a PHS guest
  • Proof of Purchase (your School-Day receipt)

Bringing a non-PHS guest …

To receive your tickets if you are bringing a non-PHS guest ensure that you have the following requirements to purchase and pick-up your tickets.

  • Submit the completed Student/Parent Agreement for yourself (above)
  • Proof of purchase (your School-Day receipt)
  • 2022 PHS Prom Guest Contract (link below)

This contract must be completed if you are bringing a non PHS guest. Your guest should ensure they have some sort of ID to present when entering the prom venue. Your guest’s school must complete Section A and you must seek approval from your PHS vice-principal before purchasing tickets. If your guest is no longer a student, your guest’s Workplace must complete section B and you must seek approval from your PHS vice-principal before purchasing tickets.
