Dear Graduates of 2023,

The commencement ceremony for Graduates of 2023 will take place at Forward Church Cambridge at 55 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge, ON N1R 5S2.  The ceremony is on Monday, June 26th at 7:00pm.  Tickets to Commencement are $10.00 and can be purchased at PHS during school hours or on the night of Commencement at the door.

We are excited to welcome our 2023 Graduates to Forward Church.  In order to ensure the smooth running of the ceremony, please see below for instructions as you arrive:

  • Doors open at 6:00pm.
  • 6:00pm – 6:15pm – Graduates arrive in their CAP and GOWN via the main entrance and make their way to the gym far right back of lobby.  Mr. Ritchie will be there to receive Graduates.
  • Reader Card for the ceremony will be available on tables in the gym.  Graduates will also pick up the tassel for their cap.
  • 6:30pm – Graduates will be asked to line up by the number on their Reader Card in the gym.
  • 6:45pm – Please pay close attention to the final instructions by Staff Marshalls.
  • 6:55pm – Procession and seating – please follow Marshalls and MAINTAIN YOUR NUMBERICAL ORDER.
  • On arrival to Forward Church family members may proceed to the main auditorium and take their seat.

We are excited to inform you that you are now able to pre-order flowers for your Graduate.  You are also able to buy flowers on the night.

Refreshments will be available after the ceremony.

Please only bring the belongings you will need.

If you plan on attending the commencement ceremony and have not yet ordered a Cap and Gown please contact the main office as soon as possible.
