During the first 2 weeks of school, we will not be using the traditional Google Form to make appointments for changes to course selections. Below you will see the schedule for when students in each grade level can go to the Guidance Office to fill out a paper form to request an appointment. Students will be notified of their appointment time either by email or a direct call to the classroom.


Please drop-in to the Guidance Office between the hours of 10:45-11:45 (lunch time) on your designated day to request an appointment:

Gr. 12 – Thursday, September 5th
Gr. 11 – Friday, September 6th
Gr. 10 – Tuesday, September 10th
Gr. 9 – Wednesday, September 11th

Guidance councilors will be making appointments ONLY for new student registrations prior to September 5th.

If there is a medical issue or another urgent reason to change a course, please see Ms. Sharp in the Guidance office after the first day of school.

The online appointment request form will available on Monday, September 16, 2024.
