Preston High School’s Parent Council invites you and your family to a free special event featuring Dr. Alison Yeung, MD who will be discussing the important topic of “Social Media’s Impact on Adolescent Mental Health.”

In today’s digital age, understanding how social media affects our children’s well-being is more important than ever. This session will provide valuable insights into the signs and symptoms of social media and/or video game overuse, practical tips for managing screen time and for creating healthy technology boundaries at home.
