Dear Graduates and Families,
As we look forward to this our Commencement Ceremony, Thursday June 12th at Bingeman’s Marshall Hall, we have some important information to share with your regarding details for the ceremony.
- Graduates will receive their cap and gown package, along with their guest tickets on Wednesday June 11th at our Grad Breakfast in Period 1. If your student is not planning to attend this event, they can pick up their package in the Main Office after the breakfast is finished
- Please note that the gown/cap/tassel and all guest tickets must be brought to the ceremony – all guests require a ticket to enter
- This is a semi formal event
- Graduates are expected to arrive to the venue by 6pm, and our ceremony will start promptly at 7pm
- Doors to Marshall Hall will open at 6pm for guests to enter and take their seats
- There will be a location on site for you to take photos with your graduate
We are excited to celebrate your graduate and their accomplishments.
