Grade 9 Chromebook Pick-Up

Dear Grade 9 Families

We are looking forward to welcoming our newest Panthers to PHS!

As part of the Grade 9 preparation process, secondary schools issue Chromebooks to all incoming students.  The Chromebooks will remain in their possession until they Graduate in Grade 12.

Chromebook distribution this year will take place on Thursday, September 2nd between the hours of 2pm to 4pm, and Friday, September 3rd between the hours of 11am and 12 noon at the main entrance of the school.  Students, at this time, are not allowed inside the premises but staff will be on hand at the main entrance to answer questions and commence distribution.

Please click on this link to access the Chromebook Letter and Instructions.  Once you have read the information please click on the following Google Form to indicate acknowledgment and agreement of the Contract.  Please ensure that you sign the digital contract before picking up the Chromebook.  Paper copies of the contract will be available for students who are unable to access the digital version.

If you are unable to pick up the Chromebook at one of those times, your child will receive the Chromebook on the first day of school.
