An invitation to Commencement on Friday, 18th October at 7pm was mailed on 22nd August 2019 to graduating students.
Commencement is a formal event to celebrate your successful completion of secondary school and your “commencement” or beginning of the next stage of your life.
The ceremony includes:
- Receiving diplomas, and bursaries
- Presenting subject and special awards, including Ontario Scholars
- Listening to farewell speeches from the valedictorian and principal
The graduation fee is $30 and is non-refundable. It includes:
- Graduation package (Gown (Maroon only), cap and tassel) – that you get to keep
- Programme and reception
The commencement package will be available to purchase on School-Day from Wednesday, Sept 4th 2019.
