Guidance staff will proceed with registering new students to PHS on September 3^rd 4^th,and 5th along with connecting with students who have gaps in their timetable due to summer school changes.

PHS students will be able to request a guidance appointment to inquire about a change to their timetable starting at lunch on the following dates:

Thursday September 5^th – 5^th year students and Grade 12 students

Friday September 6^th – Grade 11 students

Monday September 9^th – Grade 10 students

Tuesday September 10 – Grade 9 students

No further guidance appointments will be taken after the date of Wednesday September 11^th. Be assured that all students who have requested an appointment between September 5^th and September 11^th will be seen. We ask for your patience as we diligently work through the requests from each grade.   It is very important that students continue to go to the class they currently have in their schedule, as there is no guarantee that a change will be possible. Spaces are limited in classes.
