WHY JOIN SCHOOL COUNCIL?

School Council is a great way to get to know the principal, some staff members, and other parents.  Discussion relates to upcoming events at Preston, updates from Waterloo Regional Assembly of School Councils, parent nights, report card information, course selection, and much more.  Find out how busy life at Preston is for staff and students. It’s interesting to find out the “why” behind scheduling and events from a whole school picture rather than just your child’s view.

School Council at Preston is a very casual and non-threatening way to stay informed and ask questions about your community high school and to share your ideas. PHS School Council does not fundraise.

All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend!
