This is a reminder that on Thursday, March 31st all grade 10 and other eligible students will write the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test. The administration of the test has implications for all PHS students. Please listen carefully.

The test will be administered from 8:20 until 11:25am.  Students not writing the test will be asked to remain home the morning of March 31st. There will be no scheduled classes in the afternoon. Teachers will be available in classrooms from 12:30 to 2:30pm for any students interested in receiving tutorial help.  There will be a list posted at the Main office indicating teacher locations.

School buses will run as they normally do. Bus students who arrive in the morning but are not writing the test will be accommodated in the school until the test is over. The library will be closed for the entire day.

Life skills and Development education pupils will attend school as they normally do.
