On September 23, 2017, Ms Baulcomb received the Female School Sport Coach Award at the 2017 Ontario Coaching Excellence Awards in Toronto. As part of National Coaches Week across Ontario and Canada, the Coaches Association of Ontario recognizes the men and women who coach in Ontario with the presentation of the Ontario Coaching Excellence Awards. These awards celebrate the dedication and commitment of exemplary individuals who inspire, innovate and share knowledge of sport with others. Ms Baulcomb was awarded the  Provincial Female Coach of the Year Award.
