Dear Parents/Guardians,

Waterloo Region District School Board is introducing a new screening tool for students to use beginning on Tuesday, February 16th. Students will be expected to do a 2-step self-screening prior to attending school, as follows:

Step 1 – Complete the Self Screening Tool

Step 2 – Complete the Verification (showing that you completed the self-screen tool)

Step 3 – Show the confirmation email to staff upon arrival at school

Please complete the self-screen prior to coming to school on Tuesday and be prepared to show the confirmation email upon arrival at school. If you have questions about the verification step, we will review that part together on Tuesday morning. If your student does not have access to a mobile device we shall have paper copies available at the main entrance.
