In order for students to apply to an Ontario University, the Ontario University Application Center (OUAC) sends Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) to the PHS Department; PIN Numbers have now arrived!  Students prepare their choices by using www.electronicinfo.ca and www.ouac.ca.  Application Deadline is January 11, 2017.

There is no PIN Number for students applying to Ontario College programs.  Simply go to www.ontariocolleges.ca and click on Apply. It is a step-by-step process. Application Deadline is February 1, 2017.

Students who are applying to a Post Secondary Programs Outside of Ontario, please notify Mrs. Lieu in the Guidance Department. She will forward transcripts to the Universities / Colleges that you have selected.
