Semester 1 Midterm Report Cards will be distributed to students on Thursday, November 24th. Please take a moment with your student to review their progress and to sign the response forms. The signed response form should be returned to the Guidance Office as soon as possible before Friday, December 2nd.

In order for students to apply to an Ontario University, the Ontario University Application Center (OUAC) sends Personal Identification Numbers (PIN) to the PHS Department; PIN Numbers have now arrived!  Students prepare their choices by using www.electronicinfo.ca and www.ouac.ca.  Application Deadline is January 11, 2017.
