ITS is currently receiving an influx of requests from students, parents and schools that students can not log on using their PAL. The reason for this is that parents and students are not aware that all student passwords were reset on Aug 31 to their student number (no leading zero). Before contacting ITS Service Desk, please have the student try their PAL using their student number as their password.
